Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of CutSuite and related services.
Last updated June 25, 2026
By creating an account, starting a trial, or using CutSuite, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Billing & Refund Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Who we are
CutSuite provides software for lawn care and landscaping businesses to manage quotes, customers, scheduling, and team operations. We operate the platform; each subscribing company operates its own branded customer site and is responsible for its relationship with end customers.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring team members you invite comply with these terms. Notify us promptly at legal@cutsuite.us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and trials
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Trial terms and pricing are described on our pricing page and in the Billing & Refund Policy. We may change plan features or pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
4. Your content and data
You retain ownership of customer lists, quotes, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights to the data you submit and that your use complies with applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform. See our Acceptable Use Policy for prohibited activities, including spam, unlawful content, and attempts to compromise security.
6. Availability and changes
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice when practical. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated effective date.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. CutSuite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time through your billing settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk. Upon termination, access ends and data is handled as described in our Data Rights page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where CutSuite is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
