Billing & Refund Policy
How subscriptions, free trials, charges, and refunds work.
Last updated June 25, 2026
This policy applies to CutSuite platform subscriptions purchased through our marketing site or billing portal. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Plans and pricing
Current plan details and pricing are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Free trial
New accounts may include a free trial period (shown at signup). You will enter payment details during signup; you are not charged until the trial ends unless you cancel first. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Billing cycle
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period (typically monthly) until canceled. Charges are processed by Stripe using the payment method on file. Failed payments may result in service suspension after reasonable notice.
Managing your subscription
- Update payment methods and view invoices through the Stripe customer portal linked from your admin account
- Cancel renewal at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period
- Contact us at legal@cutsuite.us if you need help with billing
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion in cases of billing error or extended service outage caused by us. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at legal@cutsuite.us with your account email and charge details.
Downgrades and plan changes
If we change plan features or pricing, we will provide notice to active subscribers. Changes typically take effect at the next renewal unless you cancel.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues directly. Accounts with abusive chargebacks may be suspended.
End-customer payments
CutSuite subscription billing is separate from payments your company may collect from its own customers. Your company is responsible for its own pricing, refunds, and payment policies with end customers.
