Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use CutSuite lawfully and respectfully. Violations may result in suspension.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses CutSuite, including company admins, team members, and anyone accessing customer-facing sites hosted on the platform. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Permitted use
Use CutSuite only for legitimate lawn care, landscaping, or related field-service business operations: quotes, scheduling, customer communication, and team management.
Prohibited activities
You may not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or deceptive marketing
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or probe system vulnerabilities
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or other users' accounts
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Collect or scrape personal data without proper consent and legal basis
- Use the service to store or transmit illegal content
- Resell or sublicense the platform without written permission
- Circumvent usage limits, billing, or security controls
Customer communications
When sending email or text notifications through CutSuite, you must comply with applicable messaging laws (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM where relevant), honor opt-out requests, and only contact people who have a reasonable expectation of hearing from your business.
Content responsibility
You are responsible for content you and your team submit, including customer data, photos, and messages. Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate accounts without refund when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or preserve platform integrity. We may report illegal activity to authorities.

To report a violation, email legal@cutsuite.us with relevant details (URLs, account identifiers, and description of the issue).
